Our delicate process to cleaning oriental rugs involves specialty equipment designed specifically for oriental rugs.
We start off by running the rug through a high vacuum system that brings out the dust from deep within the rug.  Next we test the rug for color stability then submerge the rug and delicately massage wash it with soft cleaning agents. After it is rinsed with soft water it is then taken to a drying chamber. After it passes our quality satisfaction it is given a fringe treatment for that final touch.
Rugs with special needs such as pet urine are run through this process until it reaches our seal of approval.
