When on
site before starting the job, we will give you a firm quote on what you will be paying for our services so there will
be no surprises as to cost. Phone quotes for services are an approximation from what you have told us over the phone. If there
is a difference from what you were quoted on the phone you will be notified and proceed upon your approval. Stains such as
pet urine, drinks, and red stains are quoted separately.
